To transfer a domain, ensure you have an allowance of at least 6days before expiry, except for the .ke registry where you can transfer even expired domains. This is because the Global registry takes a duration of at least 5 days to complete a transfer, and during this period, you cannot edit the domain until the transfer is complete.
Also make sure the current registrar must have held the domain for at least 60 days prior.
You need to Unlock the domain (most registrars call it Domain Lock or Theft Protection Lock)
You need to change the domain Registrant details to either your own details or better still Our details especially the Email address. (transfer confirmations are sent to these addresses)
Change your domain Name servers to our name servers (ns1.webaukhosting.net, ns2.webaukhosting.net, ns1.e-kb.net, ns2.e-kb.net)
You need to have the EPP code or Authorisation Code/Key (Some registrars call it Domain Password)
If you want to move your website, refer to your current host on how to download your whole site backup. You will need to upload your backup to your new hosting plan (our servers).
